Embraiz is going to offer a completely new payment structure for all client in 2010. Traditionally we would request a 50% deposit of the quoted project cost payable on the acceptance of a proposal and receive the remaining after the  system deployment.Starting from 1st Feb, 2010 onwards, we will be using milestone payments as follows:

Milestone1: 50% of fee when project commenced
Milestone2: 30% on delivery of approved functional specification and interface prototypes.
Milestone3: 20% at the end of warranty period.
